Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our modern home wihere you will find it easy to unwind and recharge. Residing in the highly sought after and centrally located The Moorings of Naples this property is within walking distance to Naples pristine sugar-sand beach. This home is equipped with all you will need for your family vacation. As you enter the front door you wil be wowed by the modern high ceilings, the view of the pool and the jacuzzi surrounded by tropical greenery. High spec AirCon and Pool Heating system mean you can chill out in the summer and swim in the pool during the winter months. Our renters love the open style of the house with open granite counter kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances, breakfast table as well as formal dining area, living room, family room with two mora sofas and TV, den/ study with TV , Apple PC and printer, master bedroom and guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are set on the opposite sides of the house for privacy. Both of these bedrooms have access to the pool. We also have two more bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor dining by the pool and two car garage and additional parking in the driveway. Outside the fully screened lanai keeps you bug free and there is a large outdoor eating and entertaining area with lots of loungers, dining table and chairs and a grill. We have plenty of pool toys for the young ones and lots of games and books for your entertainment. We also offer the up to date communication technology and media entertainment - high speed internet, cable TV, 2 internet connected flat screen TVs and a telephone landline with free US calls. The home has its own security system and a large garden fully fenced with many fruit trees. Summer visitors will be able to pick mangoes and figs.
You can walk or cycle to the beach from this elegant home situated in the affluent Moorings community. There are 3 bikes, fishing rods, 8 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cool box and the area is very biker-friendly with flat terrain and very courteous drives. Your vacation home is located west of 41 so there are no busy highways to cross to reach the beach or the downtown area of Naples.
