The house has been stylishly furnished and has modern fixtures and fittings. The front lounge is a great second relaxation area or perfect for the kids to enjoy their own space, with its desk and beanbags.
Carry on through to the main living area and enjoy the generous open plan layout. The kitchen is very spacious, boasts clean lines and a modern aesthetic, and has everything you’ll need, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The dining suite seats 6 although you can easily add 2 more chairs from the outdoor setting, and is warmed by a wood burner. The lounge room is furnished with 2 large comfortable leather sofas, and has a smart TV. Sliding doors open out to the terrific covered outdoor entertaining area, equipped with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and seats with a coffee table. It’s a great space for drinks in the evening and an evening meal. There is a good sized BBQ provided for your convenience, and some garden area laid to lawn for the children to play on.
All 4 bedrooms are light and bright, well-presented and carpeted for warmth and comfort. The main has a Queen bed and a beautiful, newly renovated shower ensuite, there is a single bedroom, a double and one with 2 singles and an extra trundle. The family bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower, as well as a vanity and toilet. All linen is provided.
With a washing machine, free Wifi, a garage and reverse cycle air-conditioning, it lacks nothing!
Set in a quiet residential street of Falcon, only 400m to the beach, this is a superb location for a holiday home. The coastline here is unspoilt and boasts long beaches of fine white sand, perfect for relaxation or water activities - your choice!
There is plenty to do in the area other than the obvious beach pursuits. There is a local boat ramp, numerous coastal walks and many parks. The natural wildlife in the area is a major attraction. Peel Estuary offers birdlife, fishing and crabbing appeal. The conservation park on its foreshore is well worth exploring.
There is a great choice of cafes and restaurants for daytime or evening dining, several that are walkable from the property. Not only is there plenty in Falcon, including fish and chips, Italian, Thai and Japanese, but it’s only a 15 minute drive to Mandurah foreshore with all that it offers, many national cuisines being represented.
For a fix of retail therapy there is a shopping centre nearby in Falcon and a huge range of boutiques in Mandurah. Food shopping is easily done at local shops including a Woolworths and an IGA.
Further attractions include a golf course, wineries and spas nearby. For children there is plenty in Mandurah: great playgrounds, a pirate ship experience, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, King Carnival, Amaze Miniature Park and the aquatic centre.
