Welcome to Serenity Estates where this brand new, private carriage house is nestled in rural-residental, scenic Nanoose Bay just 15 minutes from Nanaimo or Parksville. Whether you plan to stay a couple of nights or a few weeks, we have all the conveniences and comforts of home to make your stay exceptional. Minutes from the ocean, serene walking trails, Seascape Restaurant, Schooner Cove Marina, Beachcomber Marina, and Fairwinds Golf Club.
The house is brand new, fully furnished with a luxurious comfort feel. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed and king sized duvet, with extra pillows, bed side tables and lamps, closet space with shelves and hangers. Hardwood floors throughout, tile bathroom with heated floors, walk in shower, and European-style tankless toilet (weight limit of 500lbs). Natural light throughout the open concept with top-down bottom-up shades for maximum privacy. The kitchen has many small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and much more!
The property is at the end of a gravel road, and the driveway and front is all packed, smoothed gravel. Ample parking available right in front of the carriage house. Nanoose is rural so you will need a vehicle to get around. A short walk to the bus stop.
