Lovely mid century inspired rental property in beautiful upstate New York. Enjoy the summer months on Lake George, the racetrack in Saratoga, the foliage changing colors in fall or winter activities such as downhill skiing/snowboarding at West Mountain.
It was suggested to me from a renter I should mention the bedding in the description because of how lovely it is! Both have 100% linen sheets & duvet cover, as well as a velveteen quilt - all from CB2 (who doesn't love Crate & Barrel??!!) Plus a 100% feather 4" mattress topper paired with a 2nd mattress topper for extra fluffiness! If you like sleeping on a cloud, you'll love these beds.
My cat & I stay here when its not renting, for those who have animal allergies. Disclosure, there are security cameras on the outside of the property. The neighborhood is very safe, it's merely for piece of mind!
There is a high security deposit because one set of bedding is that amount, $468 for the sheets and duvet cover. CB2 really is the most comfortable bedding!
