Inside the home, you’ll find a cozy and thoughtfully updated space designed for a comfortable stay. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a tub and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a daybed with a trundle underneath.
The home also offers a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with updated appliances and finishes throughout. Our cottage sits on the lake side of Anchor Bay Drive, with a channel on one side of the road and open water on the other, putting you right in the heart of boating and fishing life.
Our home can fit up to 4 cars or trucks in the main parking area, which is approximately 40 feet wide by 20 feet deep. There is also plenty of additional vehicle and trailer parking available in the lot next to the house. There is no sidewalk, but traffic is typically light, and many people enjoy walking and biking through the area. The seawall can accommodate up to a 39` boat. There is no electric at the dock, but an extension cord can be run from the house. Water levels are currently lower, so bass boats and fishing boats may require using the ladders to board.
