Lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top floor condo in downtown Ladysmith. You will be right in the heart of the action with cafes, restaurants, shopping and the Old Town Bakery within a few blocks of the unit. Transfer Beach Park and the ocean is a short walk away. As my unit is top floor, it is very quiet and relaxing. If you leave the windows open you will hear some traffic noise but other than that is very quiet. This is not a party place. The best parts about my place are the location, the views, and the atmosphere.
