Welcome to Huckleberry Cottage! Like a huckleberry grove, the home is located in a secluded neighborhood, set back from the street and backing up to a grove out back of the home.
Huckleberry cottage offers wonderful views of the Purcell Woods mountain range and the Columbia Valley. It is beautiful in summer and winter.
With 2400 square feet of living space spread over three floors, the house comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (we do not allow more than 10 adults). The main floor has a living room, kitchen, front and rear decks, dining room, master bedroom, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your vacation. The dining room has a 3 person bar area and large table that can sit 8 people. The living room features a huge floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, entertainment center with TV, blue ray player and audio receiver with speakers, large couch and two love seats. From the living room, access the deck that spans the width of the home where there is a grill and patio furniture. The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser and is right next to the bathroom with full shower tub, vanity and toilet.
The lower floor has infloor heat throughout. The large open space has a media area with a bigscreen TV and a queen pull-out couch. The den has a fooseball table and seating. The is a large full bathroom with laundry facilities, shower tub, vanity and toileT. Access to private 8 person hot tub right is right out the back door located off the den.
The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft. The first bedroom has a queen bed with closet and dresser. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with double bed below and a single bed in the bunk above, as well as a closet and chest of drawers. The loft has a convertible double futon bed. The bathroom is just off the entrance to the two bedrooms and has a shower tub, vanity and toilet.
Huckleberry Cottage is conveniently located in the Purcell Woods neighborhood which means all amenities are a short walk/ski/ride away. Purcell Woods is the highest neighborhood on the mountain which means it has the best ski-in, ski-out of any homes on the mountain.
