Multi-Level suite. 2 bedrooms plus den or 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the 180 ° panoramic views of the ocean and mountains from this large space. This suit is 1500 sq. ft on two levels. From the decks, you can hear whales, sea lions, and the multitude of birds and wildlife wandering the yard. It is a very quiet and peaceful place for a family or friends on holiday together. See the sunrises in the morning and the sunset in the evenings from the very private, expansive beach just a short hike down a forest trail to the private beach. Careful on the trail as it can be slippery. We have cellular data and WIFI service in this building. BBQ and WIFi for free.

The main floor has a kitchen with a double sink, a full-sized fridge and stove, a microwave, and a dining table with all the basics for preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a sizeable wrap-around deck to enjoy the sunrise, sunsets, eagles, and other wildlife.

The main floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private deck to enjoy a morning coffee. The Cupola-style master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with glorious 360 °views of the ocean and sunsets and forests through the upper windows.
The den also has 2 double beds for extra guests or children.

This wonderful, bright space is situated on 11 acres of oceanfront property just 10 kilometers south of Lund, BC on Atrevida Road. The building has parking beside it and extra parking nearby.

The bathroom is ensuite with the lower bedroom and has a shower, sink, and toilet. the bathroom and kitchen are only for this suite and the suite has a separate entrance. The suite encompasses the top 2 floors of the building.
