An upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit set on a serene golf course setting in just north of the city centre. Located on two exceptional golf courses at the very popular Okanagan Golf Club.
A short drive to restaurants and pubs on the north side of Kelowna as well as some excellent wineries and several golf courses. Only 12 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, approx. 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna and the Lake Okanagan waterfront. Groceries and restaurants nearby.
With 1277 square feet, this is one of the largest floor plans at this resort, and a quiet, corner unit with windows in all bedrooms and large private balcony with outdoor seating and Weber BBQ with views of the golf course.

A new mall area has been built just a short 5 minute drive from the condo on Airport Way which has the well-stocked 'Nestor's Market' grocery store, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, Shoppers Drugs and a Liquor Store as well as the highly-rated Sheraton Four Points Hotel with it's Gulfstream Restaurant and Pub, Kaya Sushi Restaurant, as well as others.
* Important to note - we do not use property managers ; we manage the units ourselves with excellent, experienced cleaning staff. Our suites are continually being upgraded and regularly maintained. No chance that you will be moved to a different unit, or not get the unit shown.
