This 1950's retro, cosy and charming lake front home with spectacular water views from two bedrooms and living room through french doors and large bright windows. Your get-together with family and friends here will not disappoint and will create memories to cherish forever with the beautiful sunny Shuswap Lake at your doorstep with private beach, buoy, sun deck, garden and fire pit. There is also plenty of private on-site parking.
This area is paradise for water enthusiasts...wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and of course fishing and swimming.
There are activities for the whole family with the Shuswap Estates Golf Course just minutes away, taste some wine at Sunnybrae and Recline Ridge wineries, snowcat skiing and snow mobiling at the Monashees, or visit some local Fruit and vegetable Stands offering the best of Shuswap produce.
All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds. French doors open out from two bedrooms and the living area, taking full advantage of the spectacular lake view.
In the garden you will find a huge sun deck to relax and soak up the sun or enjoy a barbeque dinner with family and friends. You will find numerous seating areas to relax or catch an afternoon nap!
Walking down towards the lake, there is a fire pit, generously stocked with fire wood for your enjoyment.
A 6 seater salt water hot tub has installed for you to soak and enjoy the view on the colder evenings!
At the lake you will find 70ft of private beach, a dock and bouy to tie up and access your boat.
