New two bedroom lake front home designed to take advantage of the spectacular lake and mountains views (on a double size lot). Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, dining table (seats 4). Living area features gas fireplace, Smart TV, designer furnishings and vaulted ceilings throughout. Large sun deck off the main living area with a BBQ, deck chairs and table (seats 6). Bathroom with a large walk in shower and heated tile floors. Bedroom one has a queen size memory foam bed, clock radio, dresser, mirror and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size memory foam bed with a single bunk above, dresser and closet. Full size washer and dryer. All bedding provided. Private beach area and dock (bring your boat and water toys). Fenced yard, small well behaved dog considered.

Walking distance to the local market held every Saturday from Spring to Fall in Honeymoon Bay. Nature lovers paradise, hiking, boating, fishing, bird watching etc. all at your doorstep. A great place to get away from it all and relax. Many local farm stands and wineries to tour in the area (seasonal). Please note the maximum number of guests is 5. Because of the design of the property it is not suitable for young children.
