Welcome to Tranquility House, a peaceful retreat in our 3500 sqft home situated on a 0.53 acre corner lot with ocean views in almost every room and no shortage of privacy. Located in West Sechelt with stunning views a-top the mountain side; this is a safe and clean neighbourhood for people of all ages who are looking for a relaxing getaway. The home offers 4 stylish bedrooms that are newly renovated. Anticipate spectacular sunrises over the expansive patio every morning with a coffee in hand.
We are centrally located (a 5 minute drive to downtown Sechelt and stores) and also very close to some great trails right outside our front door.
***This is NOT a party house. If you have any intentions of renting our place to host a party or to have a wild weekend – this is not that type of house. We are in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that does not take well to noisy groups. My neighbours will not tolerate any loud noise after 11:00PM and they will call the police.***
***There is a newly added pool table and darts in our games room to add more enjoyment for your stay.***

The common rooms are open spaced which encourage gathering and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare the most exquisite or the simplest of meals, enjoy it in the two warm and inviting dining areas. There are two flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom which all come with wireless wifi and the usuals for a pleasant night in. Our fire pit located at the bottom of the back yard is available for use (weather dependent) but it works great and you can use the grill to prepare meals over the fire, a serene way to enjoy the evening. Two washrooms come with double sinks which make the mornings easier to get ready, for your convenience. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom ensuite which would be perfect after a long day of hiking or beaching at one of our cities numerous beaches and trails, all within a few minutes drive away or a 30 minute or less walk. For the cycling inclined-there are brand new bike lanes paved right outside the front door, ready for you to take on the hills of West Sechelt in a safe environment with the occasional vehicle passing by.
