The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. There is an upper balcony for comfort and a lower patio with a BBQ for entertaining. We are pet-friendly and there is lots of opportunity to share a walk with your pet. You will find in the fully equipped kitchen a coffee maker and coffee pods, as well as some hot chocolate and tea. There are also some flavoured creamers and regular cream in the fridge. I provide a few condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Pam Spray and a few spices.
