This lovely upper suite is located in a peaceful neighbourhood next to the Oaklands School, near the Jubilee hospital, and Hillside Mall. Direct bus routes are nearby to downtown, University of Victoria and Camosun College or enjoy a short 10 minute or less drive to each. Both bedrooms have comfy pillow-top luxurious queen mattresses. The front yard has a nice north-east facing patio with table, umbrella, and sun chairs. A lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee. Private off road parking is available for 2 cars.
The suite is provided with generous starter supplies of soaps, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, laundry detergent and more.
The living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed as well as a regular sofa. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds with high quality pure cotton linens, and the bathroom with deep soaker tub has plush new towels.
