The unit includes a full kitchen with dishwasher and small appliances, living room, dining area with table and 7 chairs, separate laundry room and bathroom with tub. Includes linens, and kitchenware. Master bedroom furnished with queen bed, two dressers and work desk. Second bedroom furnished with double over double bunk beds and dresser. Living room furnished with sofa, love seat, coffee tables, TV, and stereo system. Full size washer and dryer, water cooler and over sized hot water tank.
The suite has a private patio, a separate entrance and a gated, secure parking lot.
Non-smoking, no pets (per strata by-law).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
