3 Bedroom House in Cobble Hill
This stately house is perched on a glorious half-acre of lawn, flower beds, and gardens. Surrounded by old-growth trees, it is the escape most seek while remaining within reach of all the amenities in the south of Vancouver Island. 15 minutes from Duncan, 30 Minutes from Victoria, 50 minutes from both Schwartz Bay and Nanaimo Ferries: perfectly situated for day-trips to nearly anywhere on the Island. Roar down to the Sooke Potholes, go Whale watching from the Inner Harbour, and take in Butchart Gardens...all in the same day! I've amended my rates to reflect the rental of the entire top floor and its 3 bedrooms. If you need further beds, let's chat and we can make arrangements. My groundskeeper, Steve Alkema, resides on the lower level with his own little driveway, entrance, and amenities. Please wave and say hi when you see him working in the gardens!
