With spacious decks, plenty of outdoor furniture, and a nice dock, this private lake front cottage makes a perfect family getaway. If you have ever dreamed of going out fishing in the morning and sharing that moment with someone, this is the place to do it. Kemp Lake is stocked with trout, so you might even catch breakfast. This quiet location is a short drive from some of the most spectacular beaches and hikes in North America including the Juan de Fuca trail. Cottage on Kemp Lake can accommodate 4 guests. It includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a single on top and a double on the bottom. The kitchen has a view of the lake and plenty of natural light. It has a full-sized fridge and stove.
There are 2 "kid kayaks" and a paddle boat available for guests. Please bring your own PFDs. If you bring your own boat, please note that only electric motors are allowed on the lake. For those wishing to relax outside, there is a hammock and fire pit for use when it is allowed by local fire regulations. There is Wifi, but no TV.
As we value the relationship we have with our neighbours, we have a no parties or events policy. Only the number of people booked are allowed at the house.
