About our fantastic home at private Moody Beach Wells Maine! This single family home is nestled in between the salt marsh and one of the finest stretches of beach in Southern Maine, in a lovely quiet neighborhood, just a street off the beach. Spacious open concept first and second floor living spaces with two bedrooms and a bath on each floor. Tastefully decorated and shows pride or ownership with attention to detail in our homes cleanliness. A perfect home for entertaining guests, extended family, or for two families to share as there is plenty of room both inside and out for everyone to enjoy. Awesome outdoor space with a patio to grill on, four covered decks, front decks with marsh sunsets, back decks with ocean breeze and sounds. The sand and surf is less than a five minute walk to beach access 2. Walk the beach all the way to Ogunquit or only a 15 minute drive to the Kennebunks, York beach or York’s Wild Kingdom. Easy access to all of the area's many restaurants, galleries, shops and recreation.
-The house is fully stocked with kitchen glass and dish ware, utensils, griddle, bakeware, cookie sheets, pots and pans, foils, plastic wraps, and ziplocks.
-House has a ice/beverage bucket, freezer with ice maker and Keurig/drip coffee maker,
-Outdoor grill and cooking utensils, outdoor shower, 4 beach cruiser bikes, 2 kayaks for the marsh so fun at high tide, with some adult and child life jacket options.
-Outdoor Corn hole boards and Can Jam yard games.
-Beach chairs and towels
-Hand and kitchen towels, pillows and quilts, blankets and comforters are provided, you just need to bring bath towels for showering and bed sheets.
-Trash is taken care of.
-Alexa dots on both floors and are synched, so great for music ambiance.
-You tube TV and high speed internet.
-Mini beverage fridge upstairs.
-Washer and dryer with detergents.
-Air conditioning on both floors, ceiling fans in living room and each bedroom except the bunk room, extra fans, and games.
-Cleaning supplies, basic spices, and squeeze or pour condiments in the fridge are provided.
-Starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper.
-All bedrooms have large closets to hang clothes and bureaus for storage, a clothing iron and hairdryer also for your convenience 🙂
*Weekly rentals June-Aug check in at 4:00, check out at 11:00. A door keypad code will be given before check in.
