Minutes walk to Fraserview Park and Gordon Park which have plenty of amenities for kids and also a good walk for adults to have a good taste of local neighborhood. The suite is comfortable and relaxing, well suited for couples, small family & business professionals.

The Space:
Guest will have their own private entrance to the basement, this nearly 950sq ft suite includes a full kitchen, spacious living room, plenty of closet space, washer/dryer, TV, free wifi and free street parking.
• Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, tableware, dining table and chairs.
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry machine, apple TV and a sofa.
• All bed-linens and towels are washed and replaced after each use. One set of towels for each guest.
