This beautifully renovated apartment is available in both summer and winter - in the winter it is truly ski in/ski out and has free personal WiFi, it is perfect for families or groups and is directly next to the 1800 chairlift. It has two lovely mountain restaurants within a minutes walk and only two minutes to ski school meeting points, there is a bakery, ski shops and bars, all within five minutes. In the summer it is a fabulous alpine getaway for those who love exploring the stunning Alps, mountain biking, walking, or the more adrenalin sports of white water rafting, climbing and huge zip wire across the valley! The resort in the summer is fabulous for adults and children.
The down stairs is open plan and has a fantastic and fully equipped new kitchen, a living area with a huge cosy corner sofa, a dining table for 6 people (photos to come as waiting for delivery) and wonderful views of Mont Blanc from the large balcony doors. Upstairs it has a new chunky wooden double bed with en suit in natural stone tiles and fabulous shower, comfy twin beds on the mezzanine with a curtain and a set of bunk beds in a separate cabin area which can be closed off from the living area, the second bathroom and toilet are also down stairs in this area. The location of this apartment is wonderful, the owners have purchased it after renting one in the same building and falling in love with it and have just had a full renovation which makes the apartment absolutely perfect in every way.
As you walk into the apartment there is a cabine area with bunk beds, this can be closed by a sliding door with misted glass, separating it from the lounge/kitchen/diner. There is also a shower room with toilet and wardrobe for belongings. The lounge kitchen diner is open plan. Ppstairs you arrive onto an open mezzanine with two single beds. there is a separate bedroom with double bed and ensuit shower room with toilet just off the mezzanine.
