Situated on a small (24 Unit) private resort, located just 5 minutes from Lake George Village and 10 minutes from the town of Bolton Landing. This property is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for an extended vacation in the Lake George Area! Guests will have access to a private beach, heated pool, beachfront cabana, lakefront firepits, basketball hoop, pingpong table, badminton net, and use of canoes, kayaks, rowboat and paddle boards. These amenities are shared with guests staying at the resort, but there is plenty of space and the appropriate number of amenities to be enjoyed by all. Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace, and a large private deck with gas grill, table and lots of chairs. Parking is available on site. Rental also includes a dock slip for a boat.
