Very quiet, ideally located, far from everything and close to everything, depending on what you are looking for, our house will be your home and you will be able to appreciate the comfort and the beauty of the place.

Outdoor play area: table football, pingpong, badminton, football cage, bowling green and hammock ..... Entire house living area: 250 m² including a large covered terrace for dining together on the pool side. Another terrace offers a stone barbecue and a pizza / bread oven. Large kitchen with large smeg gas piano, 3 refrigerators / freezers 2 washing machines 2 dryers. Near the Ardèche gorges and the Ardèche plateau ... Hiking trails starting from the house.
