- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not accessible for those with any difficulty on stairs.
- Pets requested on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with our team. If the owner agrees, there is a $25/night pet fee.
