From the moment you walk in, you will notice the bright and spacious hallway leading to the living area. As you walk through it, you will notice a very well-lit interior combined with plenty of natural light coming through the windows. The hallway opens up onto the dining space, situated around a large, wooden table to encourage a more family-style type of gathering. If you continue to walk straight, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. Complete with a coffee machine (filters and coffee included), smoothie blender, and toaster, it is equipped to make any meal you can think of. We also wanted to make sure you don't have to worry about one time purchases (like olive oil or salt and pepper), so we got them for you. Of course utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. are all available for your use as well. As you exit the kitchen, you will find yourself in the living room. With plenty of light coming through the floor to ceiling windows, your eyes will land on the custom sofa and armchair set. Beautifully accompanied by additional lighting for night-time reading, and a large TV with cable and Netflix, this is the place where you can relax. Down the hall, you will see the bedrooms. We wanted to ensure comfort above everything else, which is why we selected high-quality foam mattresses with breathable fabric in queen size. The mattresses sit on high-grade box springs, to elevate them to bed height and ensure further comfort. The beds are lit by bedside lamps, perfect for reading in the evening. Across from the beds is a spacious closet for your convenience. All bedrooms are fully separated from the rest of the apartment through doors. Finally, across the hallway are two and a half bathrooms to accommodate larger groups of travellers. The showers are large and comfortable and come with toiletry essentials - shampoo and body wash. Each guest will receive a set of towels as well. The apartment is cleaned by a professional team prior to every check-in and inspected for quality control. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and comes with a washer and a dryer. As mentioned before, every guest will have access to our concierge who will remain available for inquiries of any type - big and small. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
