Come enjoy this lovely home located in the township of Sidney located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home is located in a central Sidney location not far from the BC Ferries and the Victoria International Airport YYJ with boutique shopping, fabulous restaurants, museums, walking trails, and hiking nearby. Just a short 25-minute drive to Victoria where there are more of the same!
There are three bedrooms with queen beds in two rooms and a double bed in the third bedroom, 2 beautiful bathrooms, a large open kitchen dining room, beautiful gardens, and a patio. The house is 1700 square feet with both a sunroom and a patio with a central gas BBQ, a rain shower in one bathroom, and a soaker tub in the other. The kitchen seats 4 and the dining room seats 6 people with the open-concept living room having seating for 5 and don't forget the gas fireplace to warm up.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.
