Enjoy bright sunrises and the sunset glow over the ocean from this open concept, high wood ceiling upper floor master suite. The space is perfect for a couple or individual, but will also accommodate a child, or short-term guest. Choose your perfect temperature with the in-suite thermostat and pick your desired location for relaxing.
The suite is located on a quiet and safe street, across the road from the beach. Choose from three Cordova Bay beach accesses all within walking distance. Located within a 5-minute walk to the Beachhouse restaurant, the local post office, and various shops, and a 7-minute walk to Mattick’s Farm, Mattick’s Farm mini golf, Red Barn supermarket, Lochside trail, etc. Also within close proximity to fantastic Cordova Bay golf courses, Elk Lake, Mt Doug, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped including high-end silver appliances, four burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, proper coffee machine, ninja blender, and common condiments and spices. The bathroom includes a spa shower, and usual necessities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Both rooms have black-out blinds, queen-size beds, linens, etc. enjoy unpacking in the large spacious walk-in wardrobe. Enjoy the cozy seating area for two, with swivel chairs to enjoy ocean views and the wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided). Choose between whether the second room is used solely as an office, including one or two desks with extra monitors, or as a spare room. If you choose to have the second desk in the “office” this will limit access to the Murphy bed. The space was designed to be a large master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and office, as such the main bedroom does not have a door; the master bed is privately located behind a wall limiting the view when guests stay over.

Guests have their own private access, use of a BBQ, 2 yoga mats, 2 kayaks (one Necky, one fishing kayak) and life jackets.
Other things to note:
- Guests will be provided a key code prior to check in for arrival flexibility.
- Guests can choose for a second desk and monitor to be left in the spare room (this however limits use of the murphy bed).
- Family lives on the main floor of the home, please be respectful of them and their space as they will be of yours.
