The space features a comfortable private living room with 6 lounge seats, a ceiling fan, Roku TV, gas-powered fireplace, coffee table, as well as a computer desk & chair! There's a breakfast table with 3 seats in the kitchen, as well as a separate high-quality wooden dining table with 6 seats. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. There's also a private covered deck / patio with BBQ & seating. There's also a beautiful backyard, and a laundry room - both are shared with the downstairs tenants.
All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price.
