Perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Ucluelet Harbour, this stylish retreat offers an ideal home base for exploring the charm of the West Coast.

THE INTERIOR
Filled with natural light and adorned with unique artwork and thoughtfully chosen furnishings, this condo offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home.
BEDS
The cottage comfortably sleeps four. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, and the additional bedroom offers a queen bed. There is also a pull out couch with linens and blanket for addition sleeping options. Both bedroom curtains are black out.
BATH
A well-appointed 3-piece bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower combination for your comfort and convenience. The bathroom features Carina Organics, made in Vancouver. We have shampoo, conditioner and hand soap by Carina.
KITCHEN
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. A blender is available for your convenience, along with a drip coffee maker for the perfect morning brew. Blue Crush is proud to support and partner with Nellie`s - B.C. made and biodegradable dish soap (gentle on the hands) and Nellie`s dishwasher detergent (not all properties have dishwashers). No artificial fragrances!
Under the sink we have placed a Nellie`s cleaning spray for your use in case any spills happen.
COFFEE + TEA
Enjoy a starter supply of freshly roasted beans from Foggy Bean, our local roaster. Brew with ease using the drip coffee maker and reusable filter. For tea lovers, we offer a selection of organic blends from Ucluelet Thay Tea.
DINING/ LIVING OPEN CONCEPT
Enjoy spacious dining at a table for eight with a waterfront view.
Spend some time relaxing in the open concept living room with a pull out couch. Enjoy some tv time and/or the sunset view.
LAUNDRY
Proudly using Canadian made Nellie`s Laundry Soap which is unscented and ocean safe, perfect for those with sensitive skin! We do not use dryer sheets as well for environmental and body safe reasons. A starter supply of laundry nuggets will be left out for you.
PUP PATROL
The house is pet friendly (1 dog max). Please reach out if you have 2 dogs. We provide dog towels, small bed and dog bowls. The property is dog heaven with direct beach access. Please ensure your pup does not chase the wildlife such as shorebirds. Further instructions will be in the house guide.
PARKING
1 parking spot is included with the building. Any other vehicles have access to complimentary street parking. There is taxi service or embrace walking or biking in town to get around on the designated MUP (multi use path).
INSURANCE:
When booking direct, our properties are protected by TRUVI (formally known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables hosts and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. This basically mimics airbnb Aircover. Please note that once you have booked you will be contacted by TRUVI (formally known as SuperHog) to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed before check-in.
BOOKING POLICIES:
- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax)
- Dog friendly (no cats): Please advise at time of booking. Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max.)
- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
- 3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season
- Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
